Q: How far in advance can I book my appointment?

A: You can book up to 3 months in advance, and as little as 24 hours before.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the service, and a no call no show will result in a 100% charge.

Q: Will I still get my full time if I am late for my appointment?

A: No. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will be able to receive your full service time if you are late to your appointment, due to other appointments that may be scheduled directly after your own. Additionally, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment your therapist has the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Q: How much time is deducted from my session for pre and post consultation?

A: 10 minutes total is deducted from each session to accommodate pre and post consultations as well as undress and redress.

Q: What should I wear for my Reiki session?

A: Something comfortable! If you are receiving a stand alone Reiki session and not adding on a Reiki session to an existing massage appointment, your service will be performed fully clothed.
